Growing up in Southern California, the ocean has always been a part of who I am. After stepping away from a career in pro BMX and overcoming a kidney transplant, I found new purpose and healing in surf fishing. After hours in recovery spent studying tides, hiking to remote spots, chasing big fish from the shore it taught me discipline, patience, and respect for mother nature & the ocean.
That journey didn’t just fuel my passion for fishing—it opened the door to my own creative expression. Through Gyotaku & skeletal mounts, I felt the need to preserve the story of the catch and honor the connection between angler and ocean. This space is where I share these stories—driven by passion, shaped by experience, & humbled by the power the sea.
